Crocus Expo is located at the intersection of the Moscow City Ring Road and Volokolamsk highway not far from the Sheremetyevo International Airport.
The Exhibition Center meets high international standards and built using up-to-date architectural solutions and construction materials. The exhibition area consists of 4 Halls: 11581, 9342, 5416 and 5030 square meters. Halls are separated from each other by soundproof removable walls. In order to hold large-scale expositions those walls can be dismantled. Halls are equipped with water- and power-supply systems, modern air-conditioning and ventilation systems, compressed air circulation system, up-to-date security services and fire protection systems. The floor of the exhibition center can take a load of 10 tons per 1 square meter. The height of the building structure from the floor to the ceiling is 9,3 meters.
The disposition of a complex on the external side of the Moscow City Ring Road (66-th km) makes an entrance maximum convenient both for trucks with exhibits and the exhibition equipment and for automobile motor transport.
Crocus Expo Exhibition Center is designed to hold international exhibitions. It is located close to Moscow’s radial highways (20-25 drive from Moscow city center). A Metro station is projected to be open nearby (in connection with the Moscow City Government Development Program). Among the other advantages of the project is 3000 parking lots.
